Catalina Castellanos

Catalina is the founder of Knitting Paths Psychology. She is a fully registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, and is in her pathway to become a Clinical Psychologist.


Catalina completed her Master of Clinical Psychology at Bond University. 

Catalina has a genuine interest in promoting positive change in people's lives. She is motivated by the inner potential she sees in each one of her clients to heal and enrich their lives. She feels privileged to have the opportunity to work together with people in this process.

Knitting Paths Psychology uses evidence-based interventions and offers services in English and Spanish. 


Catalina tailors interventions to suit people’s individual needs, so that therapy supports clients to achieve their full potential and to develop skills to enhance their quality of life. She has a warm, empathic, and non-judgemental approach to therapy. She wants therapy to be a safe place.
