Catalina offers psychological therapy for children, adolescents, and adults.

She supports teenagers and adults who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, post-traumatic stress (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), or eating disorders.

She also works with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety, and depression.​
