Catalina’s approach is warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental.
She believes therapy should be a safe and supportive space where you feel truly heard and understood.
Through Knitting Paths, she walks alongside her clients, gently weaving new paths of growth, resilience, and meaningful change.
Catalina offers psychological therapy for children, adolescents, and adults.
She supports teenagers and adults who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, post-traumatic stress (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), or eating disorders.
She also works with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety, and depression.
