Catalina’s approach is warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental.

She believes therapy should be a safe and supportive space where you feel truly heard and understood.

 

Through Knitting Paths, she walks alongside her clients, gently weaving new paths of growth, resilience, and meaningful change.​​​

Catalina offers psychological therapy for children, adolescents, and adults.

She supports teenagers and adults who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, post-traumatic stress (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), or eating disorders.

​

She also works with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety, and depression.​
